  10. As it turns out, the two maxtor drives just weren't communicating!  I
  11. pulled out the maxtor and plugged in a Seagate 1.2 Gb drive that I got
  12. for about 250+tax (fairly fast) and now it works fine except that it
  13. doesn't spin up fast enough and you have to reboot right after a cold
  14. start.  Maybe I could set the internal to boot up and change control
  15. over to the hd like a boot disk.  Hmmmm.
